Shipping policy
ALL FULFILMENT AND SHIPPING IS BEING COMPLETED BY TIVE UK.
All orders fulfilled same working day if ordered before 14:00.
Uk deliveries will be sent via Royal Mail 48 hour service. We cannot change your shipping address once your order has been dispatched or packed so if you notice an error please contact us at info@tiveuk.com with your order number as soon as possible.
Our UK Shipping price is at £4.00 for a fully tracked 48 hour service via Royal Mail.
European Shipping is also via a fully tracked service but is a 5-7 days service through Royal Mail and their partner companies. This price is £14.00.
For Rest of the World we use Royal Mail and then directly into your countries main postal service. This is a 7 -10 service. This price is £18.00 and is also fully tracked.
All International orders will be sent via Tracked Royal Mail services. Once they reach your country they will be passed onto a partner courier. International orders can take up to 12 days to deliver due to boarders and customs.
You may occur customs fees when ordering from over seas. Be Epic Clothing nor TIVE UK are responsible for these fees nor can we predict how much you will be charged. Usually it will be 5-20% deepening on the tax system in the destination country.
